Samuel continues to build on our 20+ year relationship with the Colorado mineral processing division by sharing INDUSTRY TECHNICAL INSIGHT, collaborating, and learning from others within the industry.
Samuel Engineering, Inc. (Samuel) is excited to attend yet another Colorado MPD conference at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. Samuel isn’t new to attending this conference. Along with attending, presenting, and sponsoring for nearly 25 years, and receiving various awards, most recently, Samuel’s CEO (Claudia Samuel, MSEE) and President (Everod Samuel, PE, MSE, MBA) were awarded the prestigious Damon Award. This award is given to individuals who have contributed and heavily influenced the mining industry, all while demonstrating high professional and ethical standards. The Samuels are the first couple to receive this award. Samuel continues to support and attend this conference due to the importance of mineral processing to the maintenance and enhancement of modern life.
Mineral processing engineering projects require a multidisciplinary approach, combining expertise in geology, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, and project management to extract and process minerals in an economically and environmentally responsible manner. Samuel continues to provide full feasibility studies, EPC solutions, and more to the base and precious metals, energy transition minerals, rare earth, and industrial minerals sectors. Attending a conference such as the Colorado MPD provides insights into how we can provide value to the industry, learn about other experts in the division, and provide/share our input.
Jim Sorenson and Mike McGlynn of Samuel will be sharing their expertise and insights on the use of Cancha for geometallurgy on a large copper project in Argentina.
