A Legacy of Expertise
Samuel Engineering was founded in 1996 by Claudia Samuel, who launched the company with a primary focus on electrical design. With a vision rooted in technical integrity and client responsiveness, Claudia grew the company from a specialty consultancy into a full-service, multidisciplinary engineering powerhouse. Over the years, Samuel expanded its capabilities to encompass a wide range of engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, process, piping, instrumentation and controls, and electrical services.
Samuel’s expertise now spans multiple industries such as oil and gas, metals and minerals, pipeline services, utilities, modern fuels, buildings and government, renewable energy, and industrial minerals and chemicals. This broad spectrum of services has empowered Samuel to successfully deliver thousands of projects around the globe—from early-phase feasibility studies and reports to full-scale EPCM and EPC execution.

One of the most transformative steps in our journey came in 2021, when we officially launched Samuel EPC, our sister company based in Texas, specializing in fabrication, modularization, and construction services. This strategic expansion positioned us to offer integrated project delivery—from early engineering to procurement, fabrication, construction, and start-up.
Samuel EPC has strengthened our ability to provide turnkey solutions across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Utilizing the same team for engineering and construction enables greater continuity, enhances communication, and minimizes schedule delays. This synergy ensures projects are delivered faster, more efficiently, and with fewer surprises for our clients.
Samuel EPC’s core capabilities include wellpad facilities, gas processing and treating, crude treating and transport, and water handling, storage, treatment, and disposal systems. Their fabrication yard and field services support projects of varying scale and complexity, allowing us to deliver custom modular designs and rapidly deploy field construction teams. Samuel Engineering and Samuel EPC form a unified force, seamlessly blending design precision with execution excellence.
Looking ahead, our expanding horizons also emphasize digital transformation, sustainable design, and new market development. We’re investing in advanced engineering tools, cloud-based collaboration platforms, and innovative workflows to improve agility and insight.
