What’s the story behind Samuel Engineering?

In Episode 2 of Samuel Solutions, we sit down with Claudia Samuel, founder of Samuel Engineering, to explore the experiences, decisions and values that shaped the company from the beginning.

Claudia shares her journey from growing up in Grenada and studying electrical engineering in the United States to starting Samuel Engineering in 1996. She talks about the challenges of building a company while raising a family, the early projects that helped shape the business, and the philosophy behind Samuel’s commitment to excellence, compassion and providing solutions.

She also looks ahead at the next chapter of Samuel Engineering, the importance of embracing change and technology, and the legacy she hopes the company continues to build for generations to come.

The company has changed. The technology has changed. But the purpose remains.
