Claudia Samuel, Chair Executive of Samuel Engineering, Inc. (Samuel), has over 33 years of experience in electrical engineering, management, quality control, procedures and standards development, marketing, accounting, and executive leadership. With a diverse background across industries such as mining, oil and gas, power, water treatment, refineries, military, environmental, manufacturing, and chemicals, Claudia’s expertise spans complex power system modeling, design, and analysis for industrial projects and electric utilities.
Before founding SE in 1996, Claudia held key positions at two major engineering firms, providing electrical engineering solutions. Over the years, she grew Samuel into a leading firm, delegating responsibilities to key managers while focusing on guiding the company to success. As Chair Executive, Claudia oversees the executive team, financial decision-making, strategic planning, HR management, and contract approvals. She ensures the company’s “family” culture and commitment to excellence, safety, innovation, and integrity.
Claudia’s qualifications include an MSEE from the University of Colorado, a BSEE from Metropolitan State College, and a strong foundation in management, leadership, and technical expertise. She has continuously advanced her skills through industry courses, certifications, and leadership training.
