He has a strong background in engineering management, process design, and project execution, with expertise in syngas plants, midstream gas processing, and downstream refining plants. Clay has spent the first 12 years of his career in process design engineering and the past 15 years in leadership roles, focusing on project development, estimation, and client coordination.
Clay is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states, including Alabama, Colorado, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas. He has held key positions at various companies, including Samuel Engineering, Lauren Engineers & Constructors, and KP Engineering, where he has demonstrated strong project management and engineering leadership.
Clay holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
