Year 1
INTERNSHIP

Work on a mock project with other engineering disciplines to learn and develop the skills needed to be on a project.
Start the summer leading into your senior year. Reduced hours during senior year.
Full and part time positions. Interns and new graduates will shadow, learn about different industries and project tasks while working on a project simulation.

Year 2
NEW GRAD HIRE

Full time position. Compounding off of year 1. Developing and learning more complex projects and figuring out ideas.

Year 3
CAREER TRACK

Continued employment. Compounding knowledge off years 1 and 2.
