Samuel served as the EPC contractor, providing end-to-end support for engineering, procurement, construction management, start-up, and commissioning of natural gas delivery facilities. The team developed process flow diagrams and piping and instrumentation diagrams, performed detailed equipment specifications and sizing, and managed on-site construction and commissioning activities.
Project Description
This project delivered a new natural gas supply connection from a regional station to a combined-cycle power plant by installing a 33.6-mile, 24-inch transmission pipeline and multiple auxiliary facilities. Work included tying in three supply lines to a metering and odorization station, deploying remotely actuated mainline valves, and constructing specialized meter, regulator, and launcher installations to ensure reliable fuel delivery and operational flexibility.
