Project Description
The Rocky Mountain Pipeline Expansion (RMPL) which encompassed the design and construction of a 49-mile, 16-inch crude oil pipeline in Colorado. Spanning a three-year timeline, Samuel Engineering provided end-to-end support—ranging from permitting and right-of-way acquisition to full detailed engineering, TIC estimating, procurement assistance, and project controls—to deliver a reliable, fully integrated crude transport solution.
