Dress Code

Reminder that Samuel should be represented as a professional and organized company.  We suggest you come to all events, sessions, tradeshows, etc. dressed as a professional.

  • Business Professional for Day One (Feb 25th.)
  • Samuel Gear (Polo’s, dress shirts, cardigans, etc.) or business professional for the remaining days
    • If you do not own any Samuel gear, you can purchase our company clothing on the Samuel Shop (shop by clicking the button below)

Not everyone has a full pass.  Some are exhibitor-only passes.  Please be prepared to share your badge with others so that everyone can attend sessions.

Lunch will be provided in the exhibit hall.  We are currently unsure of lunch being provided every day during the conference.

The exhibit hall will be open February 25th – 28th only

Samuel’s marketing team will be available to answer any questions at marketing@samuelengineering.com

Any resumes, brochures, contacts/business cards, etc. can be given to Becca Slatten. Our marketing team will ensure contacts are entered into our CRM and given to the correct people after the SME Conference.

All badges and conference-related materials will be distributed onsite at the Phoenix Convention Center.
