Steve Pozder

Steve is a mechanical engineer with over 35 years of design engineering experience from detailed design to supervision and checking. In his current role as Director of Engineering,
Steve is responsible for engineering production, quality and standardization to ensure the best multi‐discipline products possible.

Steve has extensive experience with material transfer including both wet and dry systems. He has designed conveying and storage systems for hard rock ores, coal, organic waste, and hydrated lime. Wet transfer systems include fluid and gas piping for the transport of slurries,
various chemical solutions, water, air, oxygen and chlorine incorporating proper selection of equipment and piping materials for each service.

Steve has performed the role of Project Manager and/or Engineer on many projects. In addition to the usual management duties on projects, he has been tasked with the production of economic analyses and is typically involved in capital/operating cost reviews. Steve has experience with projects from pre‐feasibility to plant start‐up.
